Fast. For all electronic credit reports, including tri-merge, bi-merge and single-bureau reports, Advantage has a median turnaround time of about 15 seconds. Many other products have nearly instant turnaround times, but some can take 24-48 hours, depending on the type (international credit reports for example). If you have a question on turnaround for a specific product that is not answered by the product information contained on this website, contact us. Do you charge extra fees for becoming a customer?No! Advantage charges only for reports ordered. Unlike many vendors in the credit reporting industry, Advantage requires no sign up fees, no minimums and no on-going volume commitments. Advantage Online has built-in administrator functions that allow a company to have multiple users and locations, and to control what each user can order, view and add to the credit bill. What is your turnaround time on customer service requests?24-48hrs. Every effort is given to complete all customer service requests within this time frame. Usually the delay in turnaround time is due to missing information, waiting on a call back from a creditor or a return verification from a creditor or landlord. Do you provide a re-score & rapid correction service?Yes. The name of this service is Accurate Credit. The Accurate Credit service allows you to correct legitimate errors, that have required documentation, in 3-10 business days, with most corrections and rescoring taking place in under 5 days. The corrections and re-score calculations are done directly with the three credit bureaus. Do you accept documentation to update accounts directly?Yes. However there are a few guidelines that we have to follow to insure that the documentation received is acceptable and accurate. The changes we make are considered cosmetic and do not affect the information in the credit file at the bureau level. For changes at the bureau level, an Accurate Credit can be used. Are there any additional charges for customer service requests?Yes, there are some additional charges depending on what type of report you are requesting, the work to be done and what the request is. You can also send multiple requests at the same time to save even more time using Advantage Online. Do you provide reports for borrowers outside of the United States?Yes. We provide two types of non-U.S. reports. One is a Canadian credit report and the other is an International credit report. How do I get my updated reports or supplements?Newly ordered reports and updated reports are delivered back to the customer via Advantage Online.
