Secure data management
Advantage Credit uses the most up to date technology
to ensure the security of customers, borrowers and sensitive credit data
in providing credit reports. Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher, with 128-bit
Cipher Strength is needed to access our website, and Adobe Acrobat Reader
is required to view and print the credit reports.
Administrator controls built
in to Advantage Online allow larger companies with multiple users to control
access to to all reports, both ordering viewing, making the handling of
data confidential and secure.
GeoTrust provides Advantage
Credit's server side certificates for SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and code
signature. In addition, Advantage takes confidential steps to continually
monitor and protect systems from unauthorized tampering.
Advantage Credit requires ample
verification of our customer's permissible business purpose to order and
use credit reports, as defined by the three credit bureaus (Experian,
Transunion & Equifax) and the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act.
