Advantage Credit is a 5-time Inc. 500 winner serving the credit reporting and loan transaction services needs of over 20,000 originators across the U.S. A wholly-owned subsidiary of the Adaugeo Group, the company was founded in 1991 and is headquartered in Pensacola, Florida.

The company has grown to become one of the top mortgage credit reporting agencies in the nation through two key qualities: next-step technology that allows originators to close more loans, and expert service delivered in an unusually friendly way.

While most credit reporting agencies in the industry have grown through acquiring smaller agencies, Advantage has grown because our systems, reports and service orientation allow our customers to grow their companies faster. The majority of our new customers come to us as referrals from existing customers.

In addition to brokers, Advantage serves the needs of lenders and financial institutions through credit reporting products and custom IT development services; realtors through lead generating modules for websites and related services; government agencies through the GSA marketplace; and the needs of Hispanic brokers and home buyers through our Spanish language products and services.

Advantage Credit also serves consumers through credit scoring information and tools, credit report access, and fraud protection services offered through brokers.

One of only 69 companies in the Inc. 500 Hall of Fame (an elite group of 5-time+ winners), Advantage Credit has also won awards for growth from Equifax; leadership awards from the Sam Walton Foundation; and local awards in the Pensacola community in which the company is based. The company supports many non-profit groups including the Special Olympics & the Boys & Girls Club, while many of the company's colleagues donate time and goods to local charitable organizations.

A member of the National Association of Mortgage Brokers and several state affiliated chapters (Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia, California, Texas & Louisiana), Advantage Credit maintains membership in the National Credit Reporting Association (NCRA) and the Pensacola Association of Realtors.
